Summary:
part of a series of 8 daytrips in august / september 2024. This is daytrip 4 and the second one of a 2-days-trekking. Today: climbing back to the borderridge to bm315 and returning into France to my car. Then driving to a camping in Luz-Saint-Sauveur. Weather: overcast and sunny |

 | I have a gpx with a route uphill to bm315 which is based on a route in Topopirineos and the one I did on 25-8-2010 and the next day. Don't expect trails uphill and you might as well walk uphill in the direction of bm315 and find your way on-the-go. Only in the last part, some directions might be helpful. Anyway: this is the point where I leave the trail and start climbing uphill. (click photo to enlarge) |

Let's compare my route from 2010 to the one of today on Google Earth. It is obvious that the route of 2010 is better. It avoids the steep rocky part and is a more gentle climb to bm315. |
